PropertyDocs.com is located in Dayton, OH where the archived bankruptcy files for the Great Lake Region are located. You only need to provide the case, accession, location and box numbers; the documents you want from that file and our staff will make an appointment to physically go get them for you. Once retrieved, the requested documents will be emailed directly to your inbox. If you would like original copies or have requested certified copies, our staff will overnight them to you as long as the physical mailing address, courier service and valid account number is provided.
Fees are $25 per case, $10 per box, @ $.90 per page requested.
Certification fees of documents are $6.00 per document certified by the clerk, plus $.90 per page.
Turnaround time: varies, depends on court’s schedule of appointments. Generally, 2-4 business days.
